LUCY is a 4 member pop-rock band under ‘Mystic Story’, home to other artists like Yoon Jong Shin (CEO & Founder), Brown Eyed Girls, Eddy Kim, and 2AM’s Jeong Jinwoon. They debuted on May 8th, 2020 with the title track ‘Flowering (개화)’ after winning 2nd place on the audition show ‘JTBC SuperBand’ where the group was formed from. The band takes their name after a dog that they used to play with that lived close to where they practiced.

The band consists of members Shin Yechan (신예찬 / Violin), Choi Sangyeop (최상엽 / Guitar), Cho Wonsang (조원상 / Bass), and Shin Gwangil (신광일 / Drums). All members contribute vocals to the group. Prior to debut all members participated on various shows and music videos for other artists including ‘2016 Duet Song Festival (where Sangyeop's duet partner was VIXX’s Ken)’, ‘Minseo - Is Who music video’ and ‘I Can See Your Voice 5’. The band is also close to the girl group ‘Weeekly’ where member Jihan is Wonsang’s cousin.

On August 13, 2020 the band released their first mini album titled ‘Panorama’ with the title track ‘Jogging’ following soon with the title song ‘Snooze’ from their 2nd Single Album on November 12, 2020. Their next single ‘Hero’ peaked at #17 back on March 13, 2021 on Big B Radio’s Listeners’ Choice Weekly Top 30 KPOP Songs, the song stayed on the chart for 5 weeks. The band has some OST’s including ‘Run To You’ and a collaboration ‘Love Me Love You’ with Kim Eana and AKMU’s Lee Suhyun, a song dedicated to raise awareness on neglected and abandoned pets.

‘I Got U’ from their 4th Single Album ‘GATCHA!’ was released on June 16, 2021. ‘I Got U’ lasted 9 weeks on the chart peaking at #4 back on July 31 and spent 6 weeks in the top 10 songs making it one of Big B Radio’s Top Kpop songs of 2021. Their most recent track was released on August 18th, 2021 called 'Irrelevant Answer’, you can request LUCY songs and vote for their songs on Big B Radio’s poll.
